Healing, with a twist of magic

Compassionate, trauma-informed therapy that honors both science and intuition. I provide a supportive space for healing, reflection, and growth.

Maybe you feel stretched thin, like butter scraped over too much bread, and are looking for ways to deal with stress and anxiety.  Whatever your motivation, a warm welcome and congratulations on taking the first step! I hope to support you on your journey in any way that I can.

What I Believe as a Therapist

Therapy works best when it honors both the science of healing and the wisdom people carry within themselves. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, while remaining open to intuitive and creative tools—such as tarot used reflectively—to support insight and connection with inner resources. Above all, I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and human, with room for warmth, humor, and care.

Who I Work With

While I work with a wide range of clients and presenting concerns, I most often support individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships. This includes:

  • Individuals interested in spiritually integrated therapy, who want to explore meaning, intuition, or inner resources alongside evidence-based psychotherapy

  • Postpartum and first-time mothers navigating identity shifts, anxiety, mood changes, and the emotional complexity of new parenthood

  • Individuals living with high anxiety who experience chronic worry, overthinking, people-pleasing, or difficulty quieting their inner world

  • Individuals healing from narcissistic abuse and relational trauma, including rebuilding self-trust, boundaries, and a sense of safety in relationships

  • Those seeking guidance while loving someone struggling with addiction, including coping with codependency, uncertainty, and emotional burnout

You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many clients come to deepen self-understanding, strengthen boundaries, or find steadier ways to cope with life’s ongoing stressors.
