A typical session lasts 45 minutes. During this time, the floor is yours. You will be able to openly discuss whatever is on your mind without judgement. Together, we explore your reasons for beginning your journey in therapy and hopefully answer some questions that you have about yourself. Additionally, I am a therapist who values conversation vs. simply just the client talking (a common complaint I hear from those who are seeking to start with me!)

I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a trauma-informed therapy designed to help process difficult experiences that may feel stuck or overwhelming in traditional talk therapy alone. EMDR works by supporting the brain’s natural ability to reprocess memories, reducing their emotional intensity and allowing for greater integration, relief, and clarity over time. This approach can be used in both individual and couples sessions, depending on your goals and needs.

EMDR is not a good fit for everyone, and safety is always the priority. If you’re interested in exploring this modality, we can talk more about it and assess together whether EMDR is an appropriate and supportive option for you.

No one said relationships were easy... but I don't think anyone said they were THIS difficult?! Couples therapy sessions offer you and your partner a safe place to explore your relationship and work on the way you interact and communicate with your partner. Sessions are typically 60 minutes. During this time, we explore your dynamics, values, presenting concerns, and work towards getting you to a more communicative and loving place.

For those who are interested, I offer an integrative approach that weaves psychotherapy with spirituality. I believe meaningful healing involves the whole self, including our spiritual side. When appropriate and client-led, I may incorporate tools such as tarot, manifestation practices, and other spiritual frameworks as reflective supports to help clarify goals, access inner resources, and support personal growth.
