Background & Training

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in both New York and Massachusetts and have owned my own private practice for the past four years. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Marist University (formerly Marist College). In addition to clinical work, I have held supervisory and teaching roles, including supervising master’s-level counseling students. At present, I teach two graduate level courses on the side.

Clinical Experience

Before opening my private practice, I worked primarily in outpatient mental health and substance use treatment settings. In these roles, I supported clients across a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, serious mental illness, addiction and codependency, and traumatic brain injuries. This foundation shaped my trauma-informed, integrative approach and my commitment to meeting each client with care and curiosity.

Areas of Focus

While I work with a diverse range of clients, I have particular experience supporting postpartum women, individuals navigating anxiety and chronic self-doubt, and those healing from narcissistic abuse and relational trauma. I approach this work with sensitivity, validation, and an emphasis on rebuilding trust in oneself.
