My therapeutic approach

Exploratory & Collaborative

My approach to therapy is exploratory and collaborative, grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns to build deeper self-understanding and more fulfilling relationships. Rather than trying to erase wounds or “fix” what feels broken, we focus on understanding how your experiences have shaped you—and how that understanding can support meaningful change.

Integrative & Creative

I take an eclectic approach guided by each client’s needs, drawing from narrative therapy, trauma-informed care, and rational emotive behavioral therapy. I also incorporate creative and reflective tools, including tarot cards used as a projective method, to support insight, perspective-taking, and connection with inner resources. These tools are not about prediction, but about meaning-making and self-exploration.

Human & Compassionate

In sessions, I aim to show up as a real human—warm, laid back, and compassionate, with humor welcomed when it feels supportive. Therapy can involve deep and challenging work, but it doesn’t have to feel rigid or impersonal. I consider it a privilege to support individuals as they move toward lives that feel more authentic and aligned.

Psychotherapy with Spiritual Integration

For those who are interested, I offer an integrative approach that weaves psychotherapy with spirituality. I believe meaningful healing involves the whole self, including our spiritual side. When appropriate and client-led, I may incorporate tools such as tarot, manifestation practices, and other spiritual frameworks as reflective supports to help clarify goals, access inner resources, and support personal growth.
